CocoRadicchio 2023
The multi-year collaboration between Locanda Baggio and the CocoRadicchio association was once again sanctioned this year by two evening events in February 2023.
Ivano Mestriner has given his brilliant and colorful imprint to the prince of the Venetian winter, presenting, among other dishes, the lacto-fermented sea cicada with late Treviso radicchio, parsley mayonnaise, smoked herring caviar, American-style gelè and crispies rice.
The CocoRadicchio event boasts the patronage of the consortium for the protection of the Radicchio di Treviso IGP and the Variegato di Castelfranco IGP and allows us to enhance our territory in many new and unexpected ways.
