CHIC New entry
It is with pleasure that we announce the entry of Ivano Mestriner in CHIC, Charming Italian Chef, an association founded in 2009 that brings together a hundred great professionals (over fifty Michelin stars) who offer creative cuisine, respecting the raw materials typical of our country.
As Locanda Baggio we embrace the same values of the association, such as simplicity, sustainability and wholesomeness and we are happy to be part of this group that brings together different ideas and experiences and promotes collaboration between the members in the name of quality raw materials, experimentation and research, always with an eye towards the well-being and satisfaction of customers’ tastes.
